Cancellation Policy for Voom Hair Design NZ

At Voom Hair Design NZ, we value your time and ours. To help us provide the best service to all clients and manage appointments fairly, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy.

Appointment Cancellations & Changes

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service value.

No Shows

Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the booked service value.

Deposits

For longer appointments, colour services, corrections, or high-demand bookings, we may require a booking deposit.

Deposits are:

  • Non-refundable for late cancellations or no shows

  • Transferable when sufficient notice is given

  • Deducted from your final service total on the day

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

Multiple Late Cancellations or No Shows

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings.
